TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

No agreement has been made between the seller and the consumer until an order has been placed, accepted and processed. Until the consumer has received an order confirmation email, the agreement has not occurred.

Payment

Payment is required before confirmation of an order. Payment options are through Paypal with includes Visa, Mastercard and through a PayPal account.

Refunds

If you change you mind about a product you are not entitled to a refund. If the item you have purchased is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price of the item.

If an item is faulty, please email and send details to admin@lindyone.com. Once it is deemed faulty, you will be offered a replacement of a refund. You will be sent a return label (postage paid) to return the faulty goods and either sent a new item or a refund once the faulty goods have been received by us.

Discounts and Coupon Codes

If a discount or coupon code has been released or offered to customers, there will be a clear end date to the promotion. The discount and coupon code will expire on this date and time and will not be extended for any reason unless specifically outlined by the seller.

Store Credit

If store credit is chosen as a option for a refund, the customer will have 3 years to use this which aligns with Australian Legislation surrounding gift cards. A voucher will be sent to your email detailing: how to use the store credit, the amount of credit and the expiry date.

Postage and Delivery

Postage and delivery is offered through Australia Post. Orders will be dispatched within two (2) working days unless otherwise outlined by the seller. Any delays on postage or delivery will be immediately communicated with the customer. Delivery time frames are then dictated by Australia Post and the location of the customer. If an items goes missing after being sent, Lindyone does not hold responsibility for the item.

Australian Consumer Law

All customers are protected by their rights under Australian Consumer law and legislation. This includes consumer guarantees for repairs, replacements and refunds. Lindyone shall comply with Australian Consumer Law.
